UFOs Manufactured on Earth

In this clip, the speaker displays pictures he has of Earth generated saucer craft. This 7 minute clip is taken from a 1h 40m video of the Billy Meier abduction case. He mentions that the Germans created the technology throughout the 1920's, 1930's and 1940's.
